Tareq Taylor has been running the Kockeriet since 2014. The level of ambition has gradually been raised and the Kockeriet is today a gastronomic house with the raw material in focus.
In the dining room, we celebrate gastronomy and craftsmanship. We are a playground for people who appreciate restaurants. A place where both guests and staff create the atmosphere together and we want to tell a story behind everything we do.
We have a fixed menu where you can choose a 5 or 7 course tasting menu, Monday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays only 7-course meals are served. The menu usually changes slowly by replacing one dish at a time. That way, we are always in season.
We serve selected wines, beers and non-alcoholic alternatives to the menu. And of course Tareq's wine, gin and whiskey are available as alternatives.
